  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.

I C WUT U DID THAR WITH POST TITLE. :awesome:

Anyway, this was fantastic. It had a really great feel to it, and just had an overall "OMGTHISMATCHESPERFECTLY" atmosphere. It also had those beautiful minor touches here and there [names on glove, ect] that really made it stand out.

Lip sync was a little fishy [IE: looked a TINY bit unnatural]. I also think the eva scenes [with the actual mecha and angels] could have been replaced and completely left out. You had done a fantastic job thus far until the knife came out, and then it kind of went straight to the EVA centered theme, which had previously been a audio central theme.

But overall, great trailer.

Thanks! The Gendo/Count Olaf thing turned out better than I expected.

Yeah, lip sync is not my strong point.

I'm inclined to agree, except that I needed a visual for the dinosaur screeching, which just had to be Eva01 (I already had PenPen doing the "wark" sound), and also visuals for large things crunching, and before I knew it there were Evas everywhere.

Somehow I think Count Olaf and Gendo would make really good drinking buddies.

I wouldn't want to be anywhere around them, though, thank you very much.
