Requesting some help with a clip!

Hello there folks, Thank you for taking the time to help me out.

I need to find a Clip of a Main Character Pointing to him or herself with the “Who Me?” look. I have checked my collection with very little luck. I know this is a difficult request as it’s not a major part of any show but, any hints as to where to look would be an amazing help.

The second clip is a bit easier I need a shot of the Statue of Liberty or something that looks like it.

For the first, the first thing I can think of is Rurouni Kenshin, where Kenshin does this several times.

For the second, your best bet is probably the Read or Die OVA. There's a lot of good shots of the statue there.
