Clash of the Ninja - Trailer
This is a re-edit of the original, which was lost when my hard drive died. (Though I do have one mpeg2 copy that was done for the convention I submitted it to that I luckily found on a flash drive, though I don't have any intention of uploading that unless people really want to see the differences in the two videos). I rushed to complete the original so I chose to re-do it due to myself not being completely satisfied with it. Hope you all enjoy, I had a lot of fun with the project.

Yes, I'm still getting the hang of lip-syncing in general. The AMV I just finished (and will upload after I have presented it at Anime Detour) has a ton more lip-syncing where I actually went in frame by frame to get it to match better. Hopefully with each new project I can make improvements and learn from the previous mistakes.

Glad people are liking it. I suppose I could try going back and putting even more time into the lip-sync, but there comes a point where I just need to end the project and move on to other works.big boss93 wrote:Not bad at all! The movie trailer itself slows down slightly as well - in terms of actual flow for a trailer, it might not be the best way of doing it, but I tried to make it as close to the original as possible - if that's what you're referring to in that most of the trailer is a lot of fast cuts and the end with the Kraken has a lot more fades and less cuts?
I found it a bit difficult to find clips of a Kraken-sized monster in Naruto - the 8-tails fit quite well, but there wasn't a great deal of footage to work with, so it might also come across even slower because of that (and personally, I feel like they should never have shown the Kraken in the trailer in the first place, given how it's supposed to be a big reveal in the movie and the trailer sort of cheapens that, but that's me digressing
