It was an IC... so the total amount of time that went into it was about 1.5 hours. Not sure you could really consider that the normal amount of conditioning that would make you think about those things. Actually, I spent most of that time jamming out to the videos being played on screen and interacting with the audience....BasharOfTheAges wrote:I figure stuff you made is kinda a given (assuming you put any time into making it). That's pretty severe conditioning.

I forgot to mention that in my first post - not entirely directed at you, just seemed an appropriate excuse to mention it.ngsilver wrote:It was an IC... so the total amount of time that went into it was about 1.5 hours. Re: Songs you can't disassociate with videos
The excel pop up video is one for me...
Some of the videos listed above aren't because I've made my own videos with those songs.
Here are some more:
It just fits so well
When either song is played this pops into my mind
It doesn't matter which movie it is I see a Narnia trailer and this pops into my head
I have actually been catching this song on the radio
This was one of the first amvs I was exposed to, so I suppose it's fitting O.o
And the rest of these, I don't really hear on the radio so whenever I hear the song in a play list or whatever, the amv comes to my mind. I figure that these fit with the idea:

Re: Songs you can't disassociate with videos
Mainly because I first heard the song because of the video. In pretty much all circumstances where I find music through AMVs, the effect occurs. Also depends on the song, though - if I listen to it a lot, then the association with the video will actually weaken.

No, if I hear any song that I've seen in any AMV, I associate it with that AMV.

Every time I hear this song I immediately think of this video.
