Mahoromatic. There are scenes of young Suguru in 1st episode and 2nd season Christmas one, also older Suguru in last episode. Also there is a picture of a young Mahoro, I used it in "Anime Duet".

From what I've watched recently, there's some flashback'ish moments in Hitman Reborn where you see a really young version of Tsuna: I think its in like, episode 56 of 58: something like that.
Also, I assume Black Cat's anime has that arc where Train gets turned into a child from a side effect of something (I remember bits of it from the manga, but I'm going to assume that they animated it even though I haven't watched the show.)

Major, 5 seasons every new season all the character has aged. first season, the main chars are around 5 years old, in season 5 they're like 28 yeas old.

Almost every anime has a kid flashback.
-Bleach: It's one of the first episodes, Ichigo is shown as a kid.
-Vampire knight: Zero, Ichiru in ep. 9 or 10, Yuuki ep. 01
-Fate stay knight: Shirou appears as a kid with his father.
-Canditate for goddess: The kid who has the 89 tatto's past (I don't remember his name )
-Twin spica: Several flashbacks show Azumi and Fuchuya as kids, but in the last episode all of them appear as kids.
-Hellsing: The first ova is about young Integra's story.
-Dragon ball and dragon ball Z: Obvious reasons >.>
-Mushishi: There's an episode called one eyed fish, it tells Ginko's past.
-Kanon: Shows all the kid versions of the characters in the story.
-Shaman kings: An episode shows 4 years old Yoh, it's one of the firsts.
-Fullmetal alchemist: One of the endings is about Ed, Al and Winry as kids.

Well, at the moment that's all I can rememeber.

From what I've seen recently, some moments in Hitman Reborn flashback'ish where you can see a very young version of the tsunami: I think its the same episode 56 of 58: something. So I guess anime Black Cat has to bow when the train is a child turn into a side effect of something. I remember bits of it in the manga, but I'll assume they animation, but I have not seen the show.
