For those of you that don't know about the project, you can read about it under the spoiler tag below.

The Details
Project OrgEditor is set to begin this summer [June/July] and will run for a month or two. We currently have two sponsors for the event, so the prizes and coordination should be a little more organized this time around. Oh who am I kidding, it'll be nuts no matter what we do.
WHAT I NEED:
1) Please fill out the survey below and E-MAIL it to our gmail account [ projectorgeditor@gmail.com ]. There is actually more than one person that will be helping me manage the contest this season, so it's important that we have shared access to all the info that we can.
2) Please comment about how you think things should be run this year in this thread. Speak freely. I'm more than open to suggestions/criticisms if you have any issues with them.
Thank you for your time.

Survey
[Please e-mail to projectorgeditor@gmail.com]
Note: Both contestants, viewers, prospective judges and random people are permitted to answer the survey.
Question #1: How many rounds of competition do you feel is enough? 5 or 7 or 10?
Question #2: When it comes to con prizes, what do you look more forward to getting? DVDs OR Plushies OR T-Shirts OR Knick-Knacks OR a Certificate/trophy? [You may pick two here]
Question #3: How do you feel about time limit restrictions? In the past, we've had a laid back attitude if a video was 20/30 minutes past the deadline, so long as it was turned in before the judging had completed? Should we abolish this "time cushion" or is it fine the way that it is? In that same frame of mind, how should we treat people that "drop" from the competition?
Question #4: Quit peeking! Would you rather be judged blindly or openly?
Question #5: It's the final round! How many people should be here? 4 OR 3 OR 2?
Question #6: Sexy! Should we allow Hentai/Gore entries that violate Org Standards be permitted/submitted? If so, will you be willing to accept the fact that some judges may not be required [by law] to view your entry, thus having a lesser number of judges to view your work?
Question #7: It's time to pick the judges! Do you want their comments to be viewed publicly to give reason to their scores where everybody can read them? More importantly, what do you feel is a key standard that a judge should have? Should there be a "join date" restriction when considering possible judges?
Question #8: It's elimination time! Who should go home? A)The person with that round's lowest score. B) The person with the lowest OVERALL score. C) The person with the lowest averaged round score + overall score?
Question #9: Do YOU know the anime? Should there be a restriction on how many anime that the contestants can use? Or should they be permitted to use whatever anime they have in stock?
Question #10: Last question, I promise! Would you be willing to make a donation to a-m-v.org in order to receive a compilation disc of all the videos from all rounds of competition? If so, would you rather: A) Donate $10 for just the discs or B) $15 for the discs AND a case? [I'm currently unsure of the legalities of this, or if the Org's admins/moderation would be on board for this, I just wanted to ask to see if it's even worth the time of considering.]
