yeah, normal users are not able to edit any posts in the forums, aside from a few exceptions (MEP, Announcement, General AMV(?).)
Post editing should be available for 10 days along with the other donators perks.
But then it's donators' only, so yeah.

Umm... I don't think so. I modified the main site code to give everyone main site donation stuff, but now that you remind me about the post editing...
