I can't upload a video!

Hi, I'm trying to upload a video but it isn't letting me to.
After I properly follow every step, as soon as I drag and drop the video to start uploading I get this message:
"An error occurred copying a file to the FTP Server. Make sure you have permission to put files on the server
Details:
200 Type set to I
227 Enetring Passive Mode (70,33,188,198,162,152)
552-STOR denied: quota exceeded: used 4294967295 of 3 upload files
552 STOR: notice: quota reached: used 4294967295 of 3 uploaded files"
The first time I tried to upload it it was working properly, but then it suddenly gave me an error (different to this one, but with the same "introduction"), and now every time I retry I'm getting the error I posted... what should I do?

Try canceling your upload request and then make a new upload request for the video that you want to upload.
