- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.

The Rage of the Children
I didn't know what else to do with it so I wrapped it up. Let me know what you think.

Re: The Rage of the Children
Ah. Great Stuff.
People will probably call you out on a bunch of stuff,
But I really liked it. The cuts were really nicely placed, fit in so well with the music in a way that felt like you genuinely put some thought into your cuts. Really good feel all the way through. Good tone.
Wish you had continued the style of the first verse or so through, maybe. Put yeah, great throw-back feel. The first video I've seen in a while that is truly enjoyable and doesn't feel shallow or slavish.

Man, what can I say? Your AMV IS something good. Great job, I'll be waiting for more pieces like that.

Re: The Rage of the Children
After reading the title of this thread I was half expecting an a-m-v.org Documentary.
A sick ass Evangelion AMV instead? Okay, I guess I'll take that. I really really liked the tone you gave this video, I've never seen Eva done this way before (at least that I can remember). Great video, great editing
Edit: This is probably one of my favorite Evangelion videos. I've been watching it over and over again, and I feel like this video encapsulates so much of the broad range of emotional instability present in peoples' adolescent years. That being said, the only thing I don't really like 110% about this video is its title. I feel like there's much more here than just rage.

Thanks! I'm glad you really liked it, as for the title I just went with that because the song ends with "The rage of the menace" but I know what you mean.-Reda- wrote:After reading the title of this thread I was half expecting an a-m-v.org Documentary.

Re: The Rage of the Children
asuka's action segment and the section where asuka pushes shinji and he chokes her and all that had some pacing and timing issues i thought, but other than that it was pretty sick man. nice job!
