How do i put a Preview image?

Well, on the description it says

[allowed tags: a, img, i, u, b, em, strong, strike]

so i tryed to put a image of 420 pixes by 320 with the tags

But nothing works, does someone knows how to do it?!

it's case sensitive. IMG and Img won't work, you have to use

+edit: thought it was case sensitive, but it doesn't appear to be
