cant login into FTP

cant login into FTP
I try to login and it comes up with login errors like 331 password recquired?

Since it looks like you already know how to upload already, I'll skip the link to my sticky.
You're probably typing the username/password incorrectly. You should be able to get the ftp username/password again from a link in the confirm upload page if you need it.
