I can't download anything!

I can log onto the site just fine, but whenever I try to download something, I'm told to enter my ID, password and account (I've got no clue what to enter for 'account'). I enter my ID and password, but I keep getting the massage saying I can't log in. And yes, I've tried deleting all cookies. No luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's not the fault of this site but whoever you are trying to download from. Can you post a link to whose video it is on the database?

Your best bet is to contact the creator and ask why the video is not available.

Also, when you download videos, there is a space where you can report any errors that you recieve.

Where are you logging in from? I have a lot of trouble logging into the site from school. I think it's something about the school server for me...

Did you try deleting all of your cookies?
