Searching for a video, that I am.
[color=red]Hewlo. You'll have to forgive me if I am in the wrong area to post this. I'm new to this kind of thing, that I am. I recently visited an anime convention and got a taste of some excellent videos. I saw two that I particularly liked and haven't been able to find them. This is probably due to my lack of paying attention to titles and artists of the video, that it is. The first was one featuring Ed and Ein from Cowboy Bebob and showed them running around in search of food and had some crazy lyric-less music playing. The second was a cross over between Poke'mon and Ninja Scroll that had Weird Al music to it and ending with some Ninja scroll guy saying "Reincarnation?!". If anyone has seen these and might know where I could locate them I would be most appreciative, that I would. Thank you.

Hi Blade Darkrose. Welcome.
Hope you enjoy your time here at AnimeMusicVideos.org. Well, I'm not sure what vids you're talking about. If you try using the search, there may be a search section for conventions participated in. This is a good bet to find it easier. Though I still doubt you will find it. The easiest way to find anything is by Anime/song searches.

Please for the love of god stop speaking like Kenshin. If you want to make it on this board stop talking like that.

No dude, that was only on the fansubs, and it's a really odd translation. He says でござるよ(romanized as De Go Za Ru Yo) after a lot of the things he says, but that's not reiteration, its just samurai speak (the informal version of the verb "to be")MAS PRODUCTIONS wrote:Please for the love of god stop speaking like Kenshin. Ok, I'm going to stop saying stupid things like that now.

So are you saying he should say that after each sentence or not? I watched the kenshin series on fansub and the translation never said "that I am" but when I started watching the versions coming out in America that ending got on my nerves.Ashton wrote:No dude, that was only on the fansubs, and it's a really odd translation. I dont think its stupid that you inform us about that kind of stuff. I'm interested, just not in hearing someone speak like that in english. Saying "that I am", "That I did", That I was" or anything else is like listening to someone say Jesus more than 300 times in a 2 minute conversation.

Kenshin
Kenshin in the anime and the manga (Japanese version) has a speach pattern that is meant to be 'humble'. He often refers to himself as 'This Unworthy One'. So other parts of his speach also reflect that.
