32 people in ELS? What is it with YouTube studios. Do you guys just take anyone who shows up? Massive studios are massive. Also, elitism it may be, but Org > YouTube; by all means, encourage others to appear, as long as they're willing to at least put in the amount of effort you did. You won't get any significant criticism from YouTube in my experience.

ELS is really crowded as studio, cause it had many auditions in the past and etc., but at least we have always someone to beta test. lol There are some really good editors and some worse, but we´re alll friends so skills is not the only thing which really matters in this case.
Org is sure better when someone wants to get better in editing and hear a honest opinions. And youtube really sucks at critism, most of the comment someone gets is "awesome" and so on, but I still prefer it, because it makes me take editing more as hobby than something serious and also people there are really nice.

Quite good clip, truth on this anime already and so it is a lot of clips, and used in a clip too often used a track.
But for the first work abruptly, good work

Some parts of the editing and some transitions were a little....iffy and the expanding border effect at the start was a bit "meh" but the sync was pretty good and I did enjoy watching it.

Well, it's certainly not my style of editing, and I am not a fan of the music, but it does make me interested in the anime. Other than some encoding issues, I don't have much to complain about. Unfortunately, I don't have much to rave about either. Above average, and because it looks like I might like the anime, for now at least, it's a keeper. If I really disliked it or really loved it, I'd be much more detailed.

Yeah, encoding. I still need to figure out how to make quality and etc. improve in my videos. Glad you did like it. Even if it wasn´t something breath-taking. lol And anime wasn´t really awesome, but it wasn´t bad either, but don´t get your hopes high you may end up disappointed.
