( ? a porno-flick reference ? .. sorry, I don't watch that type of anime. )

Was there a guess in there? And to be clear, Ryo Horikawa, the voice actor for Vegita in DBZ, also was the VA for one of the main characters in the series the cap is from. Nothing more sinister than that was meant.

Oh you meant Japanese lol. I couldn't find anything that looks like that with the English VA..

Yeah, I should have specified. I wasn't thinking of dubs, since the series doesn't have one. In fact, it hasn't even been licensed in the US.
