I use Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Sony Vegas, Avisynth, Virtual Dub, pretty much all the other stuff listed in the tuts here.

CS5 though in 28 days I may just go back to CS4, but then again I'm p;robably just pissed that I have to get all my old avisynth plugins all over again and am holding a grudge against adobe for it.

Still using Premiere/After Effects CS3. I was hoping to go full CS5 but that hasn't worked out yet.
