You have no idea how happy that makes me. :D :D

And it's not that old. 1993 is only 17 years old now. I've used older. :D

I'm a little sad that only 3 people submitted anything. I just really didn't have the time or any really good ideas.

I'm excited for next year's P:E!

gotenks794: General laughter, all the geeks repeating "ATTACK ITS WEAK POINT FOR MASSIVE DAMAGE" and a pretty good reception.
LantisEsucdo: General silence, one guy screaming "HOLY CRAPBALLS, THATS OLD" at one point, finally pretty loud applause, and a few film students stood up and whistled.
AimoAio: "AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW", and pretty much every girl in the audience coming up and asking for a copy of the AMV.

Our next club online newsletter will be offering downloads of your videos. They all got really great responses

Also, did you know that if you leave your AMV on repeat AimoAio, it looks like the AMV is just starting a new segment. It's like Nya's lobsters AMV. xD
Aww I'm glad they thought the video was cute ^^ which was mainly what I was aiming for :3

Zomg I never noticed that until you pointed it out :O I think it's because of the way I cut the song and the part right after is a replicate of the first verse :3

Anyways I had loadsa fun editing this round ^^ Even if I had scrapped like 6 ideas beforehand >__> Can't wait for next years! ^^

The idea of film students judging amvs just seems weird to me. Filming Movies/Shows and AMVs are just too different.

Code wrote:*Eliminations will be based on an average of your CUMULATIVE scores of all your videos AND your current video's score. Meaning if contestant A had a cumulative score of 89.5 and a current video score of 80.2 and contestant B had a cumulative score of 70.5 and a current video score of 80.2, then contestant B would be eliminated.
I would be more for like... (3 * current score + cumulative score)/4 or something, to make the actual score stand out more, or something.

Can't wait for the next year, though ;x

I'll actually consider something like that.

I'd suggest a running total tally, but I think that'd discourage people more after someone gets the break-away lead and there isn't any way for everyone else to catch up.

That actually wouldn't be a bad idea either. In the end, though, I'd like to keep as close to the basic arc that the contest came from [Project Runway]. They do consider previous entries, but they also massively rely on current entries. I'd like to implement a policy that takes into account editor's previous good/bad works, but also rewards them for a round's good work.

Although to be totally true to project runway, attitudes and how well the editors dress should also be criteria for elimination. :ying:
