Sorry for the lack of updates, I've been cranking on getting these out the door as soon as possible. I've found a few issues that have been or are in the process of being resolved. I've got a few people that haven't gotten me forms and those vids have been marked appropriately as well as being emailed. As of today, I haven't heard back from any of them. The release will not be held up waiting for those, but anyone without a form will not be getting access to the server to download videos.
Speaking of which, to my knowledge nobody has sent in media for me to burn and return. If this is NOT the case, contact me asap.
