Incredibly Lackluster Donation Support

I donated 12 dollars on July 26th. Since then, NOTHING has happened, after over a dozen emails, including forwarded paypal reciepts, every bit of information they requested, and forwarded emails to both donation emails, not just the one I was told to use, I have received 0 replies. This isn't spam. I only sent 1 or 2 messages a day. Not 1 reply. What the hell is going on? I had 15 dollars in my bank account. By donating I have 3, not enough for a single PSN purchase since the minimum credit is 5 dollars. I could have bought 3 full games, or 5 DLC with the amount I got NOTHING from. AMV is not a charity, and I'm sorry if that sounds condescending but I am not a giving person. I am only a more and more hateful person as I grow up, and if you expected me to donate for a cause you should have asked me to donate 5 or 10 years before I joined this site.

Has anything that the site promised not happened? I.e. do you not have access to donator features?
