Regarding the pro forms (yes, I hate them probably as much as you do by now) they should be coming to me at the vattechnical (@gmail, @awa-vat.org, or @awa-con.com.

I actually uploaded mine via FTP to the same directory as my video, with the same name. Is that okay, or do you want me to e-mail it too?
