Okay, I'm going to just throw this out there, but don't take it to heart if you don't want to. It's purely my opinion.
I like the song a lot, and it can be used with a variety of different anime, but it takes a lot to make the two sources actually look well together. When they don't compliment each other as well, it usually means something is missing, for me. Particularly in the editing, or because the two are just stale together. In this case, I thought they were stale. I'm not going to tell you you should have used a different anime or song, because that's stupid. It's totally up to you what you want to edit to. But I am going to tell you why I thought it was "stale."

The editing itself was very simple. I don't think it should have been as simple. It was definitely kind of boring for me, and so I feel you could have spiced it up somehow. I don't know how, so I feel bad for saying that, but it's just something you can look at for yourself. :?
Next, there were some transitions that were a little coarse. Particularly at 28-30. Fade in or something, I don't know. But there is no beat where you introduced the next clip, so it was really sudden and awkward. This happens a lot throughout the video.
Next, the clip choice. A lot of the time the clip choice kept the two sources you used very distant. I didn't feel a connection between them at all. One, the lyrics and the clips. A lot of the time the clips didn't fit the lyrics. Actually, most of the time. :uhoh: And then there were a couple time like this: at 54 seconds. That clip was the introduction into the chorus. but there was no impact. It would have been better if you started with the clip after that or something. There are times when the clips you used weren't synced to anything, but instead of having impact, it didn't. It was kind of like a filler.
Lastly, that song cut. That was a really bad song cut at the end. Plus, that's where everything basically died. It was just a bunch of slow clips of everything ending after that.

That was a really bad review, in my opinion. I'm always so bad going into all of the technical stuff. :nose:
3/5
I feel bad for giving you a lower-ish rating, but all I can say as a last note is that it was really boring for me, as the viewer. And as someone who actually likes this song, I'm kind of biased and picky.

I'm really starting to get annoyed by this song nowadays.
But I'll check it out anyways...

Yeah its like you said everyone have his own taste and definition of a perfect AMV. I didn't liked that much too. I did it in 2 hours so its like a AMV IC lol. Your comment is not that what I expected.

But anyway thanks you for this informative comment i bet it takes you long to write it and I'm glad you commented. Thx

Now I partly agree with Taite here, especially the part about it being stale although my reason is a little different, mine had nothing to do with the editing, which I actually thought was pretty good  although I must say some parts after the song picked up seem kinda....out of place, like it doesn't match especially at 0:54.And the ending was kinda crappy but anyway I dunno if it's cause I've seen too many Munto videos that are all bright and colourful and this just pales in comparison xD So yeah what I'm saying was, adding a dash of colour fx might not have been so bad here, just to liven it a tiny bit. Or even adjusting the contrast so it's sharper.

Also I didn't like the effect at 0:49-0:52 where its like er...colour bleeding? Went all over the place so it looked messy. My video editing terms are crap so if you don't know what I'm going on about sorry x__x

Still thought it was decent though but didn't wow me much so 3/5. Nice song btw :D
