Shana's wings are red and made of fire though.

Her wings are seen right before she looses her memory.

Taiga (Toradora)
She wears angel wings during the school play

Azmaria (Chrono Crusade)
She gets wings in episode 4

Shiratori (Eden of the East)
She "appears" to grow wings after escaping in episode 7

Haibane Renmei basically all the girls have white/off white colored wings in fact if I remember correctly one of the first few episodes is about the wings growing in.

The only woman with white wings I know at the moment is Urutori from Utawarerumono.

There's a shot in the Kanon 2006 OP where Ayu has white angelic wings. Also in that AIR TV, there's Kanna (who has angel wings, and shows them in... episode 9, I think.)

The Angels in Queen's Blade has wings, and so does Rinoa in the second Dead Fantasy as well.
