Also, I think the tracks length of min-35 seconds and max-45 secs might be a little too restrictive, you can't tell a song when to cut off properly - maybe 30 secs to 1 min instead?

I originally said Mid-late June but I may push it up to late May-Early June. That way it gives people all summer to work on something.


This is what I thought originally............yea, let's go with 30 secs-1 minute. I'd prefer 45 secs-1 minute but a 45 sec minimum might be a turn off for some.

OK, right now my monitor on my main computer is blown out and my next one won't be here till Friday at the earliest and next Friday at the latest. Whenever it gets here I'll change this to an official MEP and start accepting people. I'm already compiling a list of animes/movies that premiered in w/e year that should be posted Thursday. Again, w/e year you pick you'll have to find a song that premiered that year as there would be waaaaaaaaay too many to list. If someone wants to get started on a banner be my guest, otherwise you'll have to cope with a very sucky version by me.
