It's that time again. This year I'll be giving my usual indie amv/anime panel at Acen, and wanted to ask for input, or to see if there's anything awesome that I might have missed in the last couple of years.
Description of panel: Join ZephyrStar (Chris Bobko), Fall_Child42 (Todd Serge) and friends as we embark upon a journey through the process of creating original animation for use in AMV's, as well as current efforts in the world of independent anime. Several artists are out there creating indie anime, ranging from simple to extraordinarily complex. We will be showing various AMV's, as well as taking a look into a project by Fall_Child42 (Todd Serge), as well as the untitled feature length anime epic movie currently under development by Chris Bobko.
So basically my list in addition to our own personal stuff so far is this:
Mike Inel - Draw With Me (old but freaking awesome and I've not shown it before)
Mike Inel's Miku & Higurashi tests (though I'll have to edit these for content as well D:)
The Dr. Who Anime (indie work by one guy)
Fumiko's Confession
I would *love* to show Kings of Power x 4 Billion, but since it's a family friendly con, that's probably a no. I may cut down a piece or two of it just to show it off.
And what I'd like to ask is, can you think of any other work, AMV, short film, video tests, what have you, created in the last couple of years, that are mostly, completely, or even somewhat original created content? Thanks guys.

Re: ACEN 2010 Panel
when is it due. I was thinking of doing original animation by December 31st, but not sure when I can get started. I'm broke without a PC.

damn and I was thinking of doing an ichigo zombie originally choreographed video with a decapitated head and him being half hollow to michael jackson's thriller. But maybe that should go in suggestionsZephyrStar wrote:Ehmmm.... 2 weeks.

Why not Devil Eyes by Paul Robertson?
I think it was more worksafe than Kings of Power
