General Contest Rules -
- There is a maximum of 3 entries per person.
- Entries must be submitted in AVI, MP4 or MKV with any encoding at a large resolution (640x480 / 700x400 or greater) Youtube and other live streams are NOT acceptable.
- Audio quality must be at a bitrate 128kbps or greater and a Sampling Rate of 44.1k or greater. MP3, AAC, and other compressed audio formats are allowed.
- Time limit of 8 minutes per entry.
- Video must not contain subtitles.
- MEPs, Multi-Editor Projects are eligible for entry, just include all of the Editors information when submitting.
- Winners do not need to be in Attendance to win. Winners will be contacted as soon as the results are announced.
- Entries that have premiered in public at other conventions or online are acceptable as long as the date of the premier is Jan 1st 2009 or later.
- All entries must be submitted before July 10th 2010.
- No Nudity or other explicit content is allowed. Swears Allowed to an extent.
- Video must contain at least 50% Anime or Japanese game material to qualify.

- Technical Award - Technical use of Syncing & Timing, Special Effects, and Appropriateness. Chosen from all categories.
- Action / Adventure - Best of the Best out of the Action/Adventure Category.
- Comedy / Parody - Best of the Best out of the Comedy/Parody Category.
- Dance / Fun - Best of the Best out of the Dance/Fun Category.
- Romance / Drama - Best of the Best out of the Romance/Drama Category.
- Chairman's Favorite - Chairman's Favorite Video, Enough said...
- Fan's Favorite - Fan's Impression, Each Fan has a single vote, who will win?
