Hey everyone im new to this website and this community. I just accidently stumbled across this website and I think it could be a great place to showcase my talent. I would really like to know if anyone else here makes music videos with clips from game trailers instead of anime. I specialize in GMV's sort of but dont get me wrong, im very capable of doing an anime music video. If anyone is curious im going to give a link to all my vids. I hope im accepted here and I would really like to get to know everyone

Making great GMVs is a step towards making good AMVs. The only change is the footage. Besides, I doubt anyone could kick you out just for making GMVs. Don't worry, you should be fine.

Like Enigma said, GMVs are allowed here so long as the games are made by a Japanese developer. I noticed that you had a few Final Fantasy videos on your account. You're more than welcome to upload those to this site.

There's quite a few people here that make non-anime music videos, so if you stick around, you'll still be able to get attention for those when you announce them in the Live Action thread or announcing a non-anime video with an AMV in the AMV announcement forums. That last part means that you can pretty much announce any video in AMV announcements so long as an AMV is announced with it.

Now we do things a little differently than most video sites here, so if you need help uploading your video or compressing it to fit the upload limit, don't be afraid to ask. Most people ask their first time around ^^
