Banner Upload Help

So I spent some time making this really cool banner to upload, but it keeps saying my banner isn't 468 x 60, and it is! I made sure it's 468 x 60 in pixels, I hope that's the size format they're talking about..

I'm guessing it's refusing because your file is too big.

rule #2: Banner ads file size must be ~20K or less.
