"Configure" button for compressor greyed out..

I'm certain I installed huffyuv from http://neuron2.net/www.math.berkeley.ed ... ffyuv.html

I tried uninstalling it, and installing AMV app
But any time I try to export my project in premiere pro CS3 the "configure" button is greyed out...

Someone help please. -_- I don't want to export it in this garbage DV codec

IIRC you need to pick "Video for Windows" instead of "Microsoft DV AVI" first, then you can go and set the codec.
