I need a scene where a guy, cool-looking guy if possible, is surrounded by a couple of girls, who're flirting with him. It doesn't matter if it's an anime or hentai, I need some 20/30 seconds of flirting girls

Fruits Basket. Prince Yuki usually has a bunch of fangirls fawning over him left and right. I think School Rumble PERHAPS has some of this, but to a lesser degree.

I think "mouse" has the main character like that.
The hentai "Lingeries Office" main character is pimp and it has good flirt scenes.
Spaceship agga router has some good scenes with the main character I think. It's been a long time since I watched it though so I don't remember well.
I think Sasuke from Naruto has some good scenes where it looks like girls are giving him a lot of attention.
That's all I can think of for right now.

Well, the girls are always mobbing Aidou or "Idol" as they refer to him in the Vampire Knight series. I guess if you think of a bunch of screaming fan-girls mobbing a guy as "flirting" you might be able to get a few minutes of material out of that.
