Ok, I don't particularly feel like doing an Email exchange over this.
If you'd linked to songs in the database I'd have left this there.
I watched this one:

My overall opinion of it is that it needs a lot of work.
First, you didn't seem to have that much footage, so there are a lot, and I mean a LOT of repeated scenes. It was like watching a feature film made from the cutscenes of the original StarCraft video game. Not impossible, but not advisable either.
There was very little structure of sync in the video, giving it a random, scrambled eggs feel to it, but with the shell left in. There were some scenes that were well synced, but I'll be honest here: it seemed like they were synced accidentally, since they were next to nothing else that was.
If you're going to do lip sync, this is a pet peeve of mine, I'll admit; stick to just ONE of the characters flapping their lips at the same time as the lyrics. Otherwise it looks like all you did was just toss in some footage of characters talking at the same time as the lyrics.
Here, I wrote a basic guide on how to do a simple action video:

Note that it's on the main page under guides and useful tips, there is some great stuff there. Take advantage of it. Also, check out some of the other guides
My ratings:
Orig
Uh... No idea. Honestly it didn't seem all that fresh and new to me, but then what am I supposed to be comparing it against? It didn't really even seem finished. For a beta file, or maybe even a WIP there is some potential there but otherwise, low score.
Visual
Not good. All sorts of weird stuff happening. I couldn't tell if this was game footage from cutscenes or what. I'll be 100% honest here. I've seen Hong Kong Bootlegs that looked better. That's a sign that you need to work on your ripping, or at leat filtering techniques. Also, get more footage.
Sound
I didn't really like the song much, but I guess it sounded ok.
Synch
Ahahahaha. <ahem> I mean, it could use a bit of work.
Lip
I'm gonna go ahead and say "not applicable"
Effects
I didn't notice any, but I'll be happy to re-evaluate my opinion on them if they're in there.
Overall
Needs more work.
The song has a good actiony sound to it, and lots of decent bridges that should allow you to expand on whatever your original idea was. Not all videos have to tell a story, but it never really hurts when they do.
My advice is to go back and work on basic timing projects, maybe use a song like Queens: 'nother one bites the Dust' or something with a very straightforward beat progression. Once you're able to do timing, then work on sync and get your video to match up with the songs tempo, and ideally tell some kind of story.

Re: Op Plz
Thank you for your advice and the scenes were from a movie i got called dot hack//G.U. Trilogy that was only released in japan and some of the scenes where straight from the game its based off. Also this does have a somewhat story-line to i believe because i had made this movie to try and capture the mood of the movie. The parts i had picked where parts in the movie that i felt went with this song, but once again thank you for taking the time and review my amv!
