Sims 2 and 3D programs?
I was just wondering if games like Sims 2 or 3D programs like iClone were allowed if it featured characters from Anime or manga

People have made videos using 3-D animations that they've created. You just need to have at least 50% anime in the video for it to be uploadable here.
