lol yeah that was a rather intense scene for me lol when he escaped from the hospital. The rest of the movie was actually rather Transformers 2 like. Pretty blah but very pretty too .

worst thing is it fricken took the storyline away from my latest (unreleased) AMV. I'm still sending it to cons but WTH James Cameron?? lol

Pocahontas/Dances with Wolves, whatever....sooooo many movies have the same exact plots as others before it. It's not like it's something specific to Avatar.

This is just me, but I loved Avatar. Again, just me.

I don't think that it is a rip of Pocahontas. The original story is of how the Europeans came to America and drove them from their lands. Both of the movies are simply versions of that story.

actually they play that real life story over and over and over and over from the jews to the persians to the romans to the africans to the indian of indias (:P *shrug*) to the native americans to the caribeans to the inuits to the polynesians to the asians (WW2- though they kinda' asked for it o.0) to whatever.... and it always seems to be white men on the other side of the gun. Sorry not being racist but factual lol.
