what the (fmvs in the media again)
disney/live action fmvs published:
http://www.theweek.com/article/index/10 ... hup_videos
i don't know if the publication (The Week) got licensing rights to show the videos (seems unlikely) or if they're claiming fair use, but i'm sure the editors didn't. seems like trailer amvs (in addition to amv hell like shorts) have a better shot at redistribution perhaps under fair use though.
also video 2 is pretty good.

I don't know about pretty good but at least it's not a total fuckup like the rest of them are. I'd say the author of this stupid blog made all these videos probably this morning ^_^

I already talked about this with friends ... we came to the conclusion it's Pocahontas meets Fernguly, just with no singing.
As for people using fmvs ... expect it to happen more and more often.

Wasn't Ferngully already Pocahontas?guy07 wrote:I already talked about this with friends ... we came to the conclusion it's Pocahontas meets Fernguly, just with no singing.

Actually, Ferngully was released before Disney's Pocahontas.

Yeah, and Pocahontas met John Smith before Walt Disney was born. My point was it's kind of silly to say a story is the combination of two other stories that are basically the same anyway.8bit_samurai wrote:Actually, Ferngully was released before Disney's Pocahontas.

Ah, I see. The wording kinda confused me there.

My favorite and original storyline was the dude being a parapalegic getting to run again. Unfortunately they never went into that little honeypot. HUGE missed opportunity there.

What I really liked about that is he kept moving in front of large moving vehicles when he was wandering the base.Knowname wrote:My favorite and original storyline was the dude being a parapalegic getting to run again.
