means that if all koop has participated in is MEPs, by the rules, he's technically disqualified. Although, that wasn't my intent. For clarification purposes, I suppose MEP tracks are absolutely fine as a qualification. Especially if there has been more than one that a given editor has participated in.

Actually yea... I haven't been watching most of the AMVs that have come out this year, so perhaps I will be less biased by watching them all at once (plus it gives me a chance/reason to catch up on all that I've missed). or something.
