Bacon 3-month ban for an insult?

I'd say that the various people in the VCA forums that got insulted by him in the last few days don't though.
I was the one that banned him. He had been flaming, baiting, and insulting members in the VCA forums and elsewhere a LOT since just a few days after getting unbanned. He was warned to stop, yet he insulted once again, in a very much less than obvious yet supposedly meme-ish way. Even if Aaron isn't offended and that was supposed to be "clear" meme post, it wouldn't have taken much for yet another flame post to go through. But then again, knowing how you guys dislike the commienazimods, I would guess that if I unbanned him, he'd become the tamest user in the community just to show that I'm being the unfair one here. >_>
Now if you guys quit lamenting mods actions against repeated and excessive flame, and started behaving and just let the meme posts be there only sparingly, I'm sure no one would be lamenting anymore.

Not saying that the ban was completely unjustified in general but those 3 months came outta nowhere for that one insult, which was what made this so irritating in the first place - that's more fair I reckon, so thanks for listening. Though that kinda goes against the nazi mod principles..

Like was said before, you won't get 3 months unless you have a history (and trust me when I say that BaQuM has a history.) Mods have lives too, lives which don't include checking back every 5 minutes for people convinced that by being a complete ass online they're somehow fighting the man or some other delusion of grandeur.

Bottom line: If you ignore a warning, chances are you'll be b&. If you continue, the b& gets longer

I bet it won't be but a week* after BaQuM comes back before he gets b& again. You don't have to be a mod to be able to tell if someone will or won't change. Take that how you will, but if that doesn't sit well with you I'd appreciate if you could send me a pm so I can better explain what I mean

*And by saying this I pretty much guarantee that it will be at least a week...psychology and whatnot...but at least it's another week I don't have to deal with him
