The Beatles year????

On Friday, Stratos (Italian editor) release in our community a AMV (awesome) with music by The Beatles... song "Yesterday"

The AMV is amazing... but I had two questions... Is this the year of The Beatles? and what was under the influence?

This year I like to see many AMVs with Beatles music... I think this whole phenomenon began with the arrival of an AMV (Time)... before "Time" were few AMVs with music from The Beatles! Because I think that the AMV of qwaqa had a great influence on this!

It's a tossup between The Beatles and Michael Jackson for 2009 dominance. Don't worry, next year we'll be back to a world dominated by Nickelback, Soulja Boy 3.0, or a suddenly mature Miley Cyrus.

I've had an idea for a Beatles AMV for quite some time but I'd rather sit on it until I feel my skills are up to the challenge. You can't go and carelessly fuck up a Beatles song. You shouldn't, anyway.

It's the same with the Hellsing OVA. As soon as a new one is released you'll see amvs with the Hellsing OVA pop up.

I didn't saw many Beatles or MJ amvs announced. I guess I saw more videos with the usual generic music by Breaking Benjamin etc.
