Anime with similar art style to Elfen Lied
I'm looking for an anime which focuses on a young girl facing intense emotional and/or physical pain (with an art style at least sort of similar to Elfen Lied, but don't go crazy looking for something that's so similar it could be passed off as a prequel). The conflict doesn't really matter. It's fine if it even has several conflicts, building on one another. An example could be having abusive parents. The more morbid, the better
