I edited AMVs since 2003 but I feel like an experienced editor, I think my reasoning is to create new things...
although I have many years in the field... I watch a AMV and say that the effects of this AMV was made this way or the other... any way to know when you have the experience?

...lol..i think to myself that sum1 did this or they did that...btw i've been making AMVs for 3 years :3...and i think that i had improved A LOT since then...but honastly idk when its time u feel that ur an experienced editor....
