Haha. Moar like an hours worth amirite?-Reda- wrote:I would hesitate to call this a complete video and carries the feel of a "beta" almost the entire way through. It feels like theres a lack of polish here that could have made this a stronger video, and the concept that you're going for here is decent but not something that belongs in a one minute video; something like that would really take time to get into your viewers mind and the consistency would only make your video more powerful.
For example, it's fine and good to do some push ups, but they only make you stronger if you do them for a while and over the time span of weeks or even months; point being, your video just did a day's worth of push ups. Keep the editing going and it can only make your message and video stronger.
Another note: I wound up having to stream this. It seems the MP4 you uploaded doesn't work for me, and the file size seems suspiciously large for a video this brief.
Edit: I tried it with VLC Media Player and it opened fine although the audio seems a little funky.

BTW, not bad at all with the video! I have to agree that it's really more of a quick demo of your editing ability than a fleshed-out video. On the other hand what it does say about your editing ability is really, really good.
I saved 1080 version of 5cm yesterday downscaled to 848,480 and it was only 15gb.iGREASE wrote:I used h264.Otohiko wrote:What do you use right now?iGREASE wrote: About the size. Uhhhh not sure. I guess I need to l2compress better.

The original file after I rendered it from sony vegas was about 2.7gb. Not sure if thats normal or not. Then compressed it with the h264 codec.
Also I had this 1080p ver of 5cm (2.2gb) and scaled it down to 480p and did the first 25mins with the lagarith codec and the file was 45gb. Now I know there supposed to be big but that huge for 25 mins.
