Issue in Name Change

Well I was recently questioned about a name change and asked about how He/she could go about winning over the people in helping this user out..
Anyways.. There are two users on the org.

Shax - Who is a User that has posted a video and has not used a-m-v.org since 2003.

DualShax - a User that is Still Currently Active as a Member on the org who wants his name changed to Shax and has wanted that name since first signing up to the org.

Now When I was told about this and looked at the profile myself.. the user clearly has not used the org since 2003 and doesn't even have a membership on the forums.. for when I licked on His forum Profile.
This person has also posted a video to the org though has not provided the rest of us with a Download to view this video.
(If the video did have a download provided for us) I would not be making this Thread right now..

I also looked on the name change request section of the "Site Help" where I saw DualShax asking for that request.. to have his/hers name changed to Shax and was simply told no cause there was a Video posted...

Reason Starting new thread:
Simply I started a new Thread so that more than one person can see this rather than typing all this in the Name Change Request section where only Resent posters would really see it.. this way, this topic would not ignored after a few hours

Accually. I am just helping out a mate.. I frankly don't care all that much about it.. But still what you say about being a Baby and what not.. thats a bit harsh since I haven't even argued the point to you... and you just go out and assume I am whining about something like this...

In fact when insulting someone that is just making a thread on helping someone else out and someone just comes in and insults someone. Its people like you that enjoys being a bitch and gets angry over something little. I made this so that other than other members.. Mods can see this as well.. and give there opinion.. and I already have my answer that I need So get the F**k over it.

Uh by making a thread it proves that you personally care. You aren't helping anyone by making a thread that belongs in the namechange sticky and wasting space. The rules won't change just because of you, sorry. We are lucky that this forum does name changes at all in the first place.
