Before I go any further, I've only seen a handful of episodes of Cowboy Bebop, but I know that Spike's former girlfriend Julia gets killed, and I'm thinking this song would be good in an AMV about their relationship, and how he loses her.

Well not really, there are lots of threads that ask for anime ideas surrounding a theme or song, or song suggestions for various anime series..

There's really not enough material with Julia for that long of a song. The final season of Marmalade Boy (where Yuu goes to New York) would be much better for this song.
