Anime usage notification

Okay, don't know if this is even possible, or if it's been mentioned before, but here we go.

Similar to the notifications we set for certain users, to be notified when they journal post or upload a new video---can something like this be applied to the anime list when somebody uploads a video and chooses which anime is in it? For example, if I set a notification on "Azumanga Daioh", then every time somebody checked that off as being used, I would get a message.

Or is that just impossible and too much of a big pill?
