Re: Guide: How to upload AMVs
Are you able to connect to Kero at all, or do you get the timeout message while you're trying to connect to Kero?

The timeout message occurs while I'm trying to connect.

Re: Guide: How to upload AMVs
Then it's probably being blocked by your uni's network. Might want to talk to your university IT/computer operations staff about that (if they ask for why, say you have a website to update or something.)
Another thing you could try (if you have a laptop) is to go to a coffee shop, buy a drink and use their wireless

Re: Guide: How to upload AMVs
Thanks for the advice. I wonder if my favorite pizza shop has WiFi...

Re: Guide: How to upload AMVs
One moment it said I was logged in then a few seconds later it said critical error, could not connect with server in red. I know everything is correct in the fields so I don't know what is wrong with the stupid thing. Anyone got any ideas? It never logs me in long enough to do anything.

Re: Guide: How to upload AMVs
Might be one of those just have to wait a while situations. Sounds like it might be a server problem.
I'll pm you some login info to my convention ftp, try connecting and see if you get the same error/problem.

Thanks, where are the PM's located? I couldn't find them on my user page.

Re: Guide: How to upload AMVs
should be right under the site logo on the top of the page ( x new messages)
or, you could go user control panel -> private messages (it's under options)
might be a little different if you're not using subsilver2 as your theme...but it's always going to be near the top of the page.

Re: Guide: How to upload AMVs
Note for posterity: the previous problem was because Skymouth was using his/her org username and password to try to connect to Kero

Re: Guide: How to upload AMVs
Just checked and it's under the Board Index link which is under the logo at the top in Prosilver.Kariudo wrote:should be right under the site logo on the top of the page ( x new messages)

It should say X new messages (X being the number of new messages)
