change of mis-listed anime on video

was produced in 2004 from the only Munto animation then existing, but is listed as using the TV series, which is of 2009 vintage. I'd use the locked video info correction form, but there's no entry for the initial Munto OAV; it looks like the Munto entry I put in at the time was merged with Munto (TV) the last time the database was cleaned up. Would it be possible to add an entry for and change the anime listed on this video to Munto 1 or Munto (OAV)?
