Missing Contests...

On the list of contests that you can select for what contests a video has been entered into, your missing Yaoi-con for this year and the last few years. There have been contests every year since 2001 for Y-con, and while some videos can not be hosted on this site due to content, they can still be listed. There are also alot of videos that get entered that can be hosted on this site.

That's up to whoever makes the contest to list on the site. I never went through the contest listing thing, but I know that contests aren't always available for checking even if listed, for example.
From what I see it's The Wired Knight who deals with the contest, so you'll have to ask him to make the entry and everything. Again, I'm not sure about the process so you might want to wait for someone else to post a better reply.

Technically, anyone can add a contest to the calendar and thereby become responsible for confirming and denying the entry stati of all videos that claim to have been entered to that contest. Usually, this is left to the contest coordinator, but there's nothing in the system that prevents anyone else from doing it first.

I remember adding contests to the calendar back before they implemented the whole confirm/deny thing (so that it really didn't matter who entered anything as long as the dates were correct).
