Has editing become more or less fun?

Thinking of ideas in your head is fun, but actually doing the work for them = not so fun.

So I was editing a short film that my friends and I are working on, and I had alot of fun doing it. So editing is still fun for me!

Too bad I have another hobby that I enjoy doing more.

Time is so constrained that now it's just more tedious than anything to get anything done. I still enjoy the ideas floating around in my head but I can't make them anyways. It was more fun when you could do it when you felt like it but now I try to squeeze it in and lose my drive.

I have the same amount of fun editing - less fun than i used to releasing a video.
