Yeah, Ulead also have worked fine for me and my simple needs. I have never used Premiere but I have seen his user interface and looks scary, full of options, icons, windows, etc... at first sigth. :S And never heard about Vegas. I think my video needs a water mark to hide the utomatic DivX logo, but bah, is my first work and the objective as "educational" video was reached.

WOOOOOOW I'm watching the converted video in Mp4 forman and it looks absolutely the same as the original AVI. (; ^_^) AWESOME!! THANKS!

Re-uploading to Megaupload and submiting to the site... I'll be totally greatful when opinions, critics and any other comments start to appear.

you can turn the divx logo off (if you hadn't rendered it yet, and if your saying that you saw it than it's already too late for those clips... unless you can re-render it) via the decoder control panel. Unfortunately I have no clue what it's really called, but you should spend some time in the software help section, scroll down on the main page. Not sure if there's a specific ulead software help forum, but you can look and ask all your ulead questions in the general s/w help forum.
