Naru 2 U 2009 will be happening in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada on October 9-11, and will include an AMV contest. The deadline is September 18th, 2009, and the rules, entry forms and FTP submission info are available here: http://www.naru2u.com/amv.php

Just a clarification of the rules that no English dialog can be used.. However, Trailers mainly use in most cases English Dialogs. How about Parodies that might have a few lines of English Dialog?
