If not Exporting in Huffy or No Compression what is the next best choice of compression?

Quantizer 1 is excessive, as has been mentioned in various XviD threads at Doom9 there's a reason the first pass is done at Quantizer 2 - the difference between 1 and 2 is only in terms of filesize, i.e. video quality is indistinguishable for all intensive purposes. And since you're doing through a DCT anyways at that point it doesn't matter that much between quant 1 or 2.

My recommendation is to use the Premiere frameserver and output from that if you don't have the HD space for Huffyuv or RGB.
