Gluttony from Fullmetal Alchemist comes to mind.

Also, the Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles Tokyo Revelations OVA, kinda towards the end.

Try Kemonozume. Lots of (sort of) people eating others. Although the drawing style may put you off.
